Rebranding a £1bn restaurant tech business
Description
Flipdish is a Tencent backed restaurant tech company valued over £1b (one of those 🦄s you hear so much about).
When I joined in 2021 they were in desperate need of a rebrand, which my team took on with a strategic approach. Before we designed anything we worked with our Product marketing organisation to define our ideal customer profile, held customer interviews and analysed the wider market.
These insights guided countless rounds of creative, amounting in not one –but two– founder sign-offs (they're brothers!) and an entirely refreshed mission, promise and identity that the entire business could align behind.
